§ 123-17. Change of owner.

No rental dwelling shall be conveyed to any other party unless the owner, simultaneous with said conveyance, causes to be filed with Bensalem Township, in a form approved by the department, notice of the change of ownership, together with a filing fee in the amount of $50.00. Failure to comply with the requirements of this section shall not invalidate the title to the transferor, but shall subject the prior owner to all penalties prescribed herein.
